The terms that apply when using Watxio products and services.
Use of service
Watxio provides software for WhatsApp Business API messaging, automation, CRM, analytics and integrations. You are responsible for lawful use and approved messaging practices.
WhatsApp policies
You must follow Meta and WhatsApp Business Platform rules, including opt-in, template, commerce and prohibited-content policies.
Billing
Watxio may offer promotional platform access. WhatsApp conversation charges from Meta remain separate unless agreed otherwise.
Content and data
You retain responsibility for customer content, contact data, campaigns and connected third-party systems used through Watxio.
